John 2:13-25

2:13	When it was almost time for the Jewish Passover, Jesus went up to Jerusalem .
2:14	In the temple courts he found men selling cattle, sheep and doves, and others sitting at tables exchanging money.
2:15	So he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple area, both sheep and cattle; he scattered the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables.
2:16	To those who sold doves he said, "Get these out of here! How dare you turn my Father's house into a market!"
2:17	His disciples remembered that it is written: "Zeal for your house will consume me."
2:18	Then the Jews demanded of him, "What miraculous sign can you show us to prove your authority to do all this?"
2:19	Jesus answered them, "Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days."
2:20	The Jews replied, "It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and you are going to raise it in three days?"
2:21	But the temple he had spoken of was his body.
2:22	After he was raised from the dead, his disciples recalled what he had said. Then they believed the Scripture and the words that Jesus had spoken.
2:23	Now while he was in Jerusalem at the Passover Feast, many people saw the miraculous signs he was doing and believed in his name.
2:24	But Jesus would not entrust himself to them, for he knew all men.
2:25	He did not need man's testimony about man, for he knew what was in a man.

Chronicles 6:19-20

6:19	Yet give attention to your servant's prayer and his plea for mercy, O LORD my God. Hear the cry and the prayer that your servant is praying in your presence.
6:20	May your eyes be open toward this temple day and night, this place of which you said you would put your Name there. May you hear the prayer your servant prays toward this place.

Matthew 21:13

21:13

"It is written," he said to them," 'My house will be called a house of prayer,' but you are making it a 'den of robbers.'"

Corinthians 3:16-17

3:16	Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you?
3:17	If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is sacred, and you are that temple.

Matthew 15:18-20

15:18	But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these make a man 'unclean.'
15:19	For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander.
15:20	These are what make a man 'unclean'; but eating with unwashed hands does not make him 'unclean.' "

1 John 1:7-9

1:7	But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.
1:8	If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.
1:9	If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

John 2:6

2:6	Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial washing, each holding from twenty to thirty gallons.

Matthew 26:27-29

26:27	Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you.
26:28	This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.
26:29	I tell you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it anew with you in my Father's kingdom."
